What is Right to Choose?
There is a scheme called Right to Choose Legislation where patients can have the assessment under the NHS undertaken by a private company.
How do I find the most suitable right to choose provider for me?
You would need to do your own research and choose a provider for us to refer you to. Each provider has their own application form/ questionnaire/ required information, this all needs to be completed and submitted to Nevells Road Surgery, by handing the physical forms in at our reception desk at the surgery marked FAO secretaries.
